My name is Nesve Yayalar. I live in Irvine, California with my two children and my husband. I have been exercising for all my life. I practiced variety of sport disciplines, most for fun and some professionally.  I am an exercise therapist, personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  I work and train clients, and teach group fitness classes in Anteater Recreation Center at University of California Irvine. I also run my own personal trainer practice in Irvine, California. 

I am an certified exercise therapist, specialized in spine, shoulders, hip and knee rehabilitation, injury prevention, corrective exercise, and functional movement, as well as balance improvement. I am inspired by Alexander technique to help correct postural alignment. I also use  MELT method technique to help clients with chronic pain and muscular tension. While training my clients, I particularly focus on safe and functional movement with proper form and techniques, as it is essential in preventing injuries.  I have experience in helping many individuals with different limitations to cross from spinal problems, knee/hip replacement, rotator cuff tendonitis and bursitis, Fibromyalgia, severe Multiple Sclerosis, arthritis, gastric bypass/abdominoplasty, cardiac problems, diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as depression and emotional stress.

I am also specialized in Omniball training. Omniball is a unique portable workout equipment. These weighted (4lbs each) balls strap onto hands and/or feet for whole body strength, flexibility, balance training, and Pilates training. 

Learning about fitness, wellness and nutrition have been always my special interest. I keep myself current with new research and products on fitness and wellness industry by attending international conferences (IDEA, Evolution, ACSM), workshops, and various training, as well as reading current research publications. 

My philosophy is being fit and healthy, living an active lifestyle should be part of everyone's everyday life.

As a fitness and wellness professional, my goal is to help people to achieve and maintain their physical health, and help them move better.  I am dedicated to guide my clients to gain strength, mobility, confidence, and overall physical and mental well-being.
